Selfistry MD Spa provides a range of medical aesthetic services and professional-grade skincare products. All services and treatments are provided by or under the supervision of licensed medical professionals.

  • Bookings & Appointments: All bookings require an anticipated deposit of 40-50% to secure your reservation. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of your service.

  • Online Purchases: We allow products to be purchased and paid for online.

  • In-Person Payments: All bookings and services must be paid for in person at the time of the appointment, with the deposit being credited towards the final balance.

 

3. Intellectual Property

 

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design, is the property of Selfistry MD Spa and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our explicit written permission. The name "Selfistry MD Spa" and our logos are trademarks and may not be used without permission.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

  • Cancellation of Appointments: To receive a full refund of your deposit, a 48-hour prior notice is required for all cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Product Returns: Our policy on returns and refunds for products is subject to specific conditions. Please contact us directly or inquire in person for our detailed product return policy.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

Selfistry MD Spa is not liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, that arise from the use of our website or services. Our services are provided by certified medical professionals, and we maintain high standards of care, but we are not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes that may occur.

 

6. Governing Law
